Job Description:
- Analysis of Business Requirements to convert them to System Specifications
- Executing IT initiatives for Business software selection, implementation, roll-out & support
- Responsible for Infrastructure & Compliance related IT initiatives
- Project Planning and execution with time and cost constraints
- Techno Functional resource who can provide Technical & Functional support to business and liaison with End user / Business teams and Business solution group (BSG) teams.
- Participate actively in identifying risks and working through requirement and implementation trade-offs to meet project goals.
- Lead the development and maintenance of the build, deploy and unit test procedures
Skills & Abilities:
- RDBMS Technologies – MSSQL, Oracle etc.
- Web Based Technologies – Java/JSP
- Knowledge of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)
- Knowledge & experience of Project Management Methodology like PMI, Dev Ops.
- API Integration/ Shell Scripting / AIX / Linux commands experience – intermediary level
- Proven skills and experience in good companies and in Banking & Financial Services Domain
Responsibility:
- Domain Knowledge for the Banking & Financial Services
- Experience in handling a similar role
- Should have a sound knowledge of Oracle database Shell Scripting / AIX / Linux commands experience
- Experience in Banking domain a must. Integration experience (API / Web Service /File based) with Finacle, Digital channels (Mobile Banking, Internet Banking) would be a plus.
- Good Exposure to Risk Management initiatives
- Experience in using Jira, Service now or Service Now tool would be a plus.
- Should have handled and led a team
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Negotiating Skills
- Should be Self-starter and be able to work independently as well.
