Job Description:

Intech Forge (India) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated QMS Professional to join our team in Rajkot. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a crucial part in ensuring the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS). Your role will involve conducting audits, analysing quality data, and ensuring compliance with internal standards, industry regulations, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

 Implement and Maintain QMS: Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).

 Conduct Audits: Perform internal audits, inspections, and process assessments to ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality requirements.

 Data Analysis: Analyse quality data to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and maintain product quality consistency.

 Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to industry quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.

 Support Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing quality improvements and corrective actions based on audit findings and data analysis.

 Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports related to quality performance, audits, and corrective actions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Background:

 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical or a related field.

Skills & Abilities:

 Proficiency in MS Of􀏐ice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and any QMS software.

 Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.

 Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills for data assessment and issue identification.

 Solid understanding of quality assurance processes, standards, and tools.

 Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a quality management context.

 Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication across different levels and teams.

Desirable Skills:

 Previous experience or internship in quality management, manufacturing processes, or relevant QMS systems is a plus.

 Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality standards (e.g., ISO 13485, Six Sigma) is beneficial.
