- Utilize various online tools and resources to gather accurate and up-to-date lead information.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads, both locally and globally.
- Develop strategies to expand our lead database and keep it current.
- Cold call leads to introduce our products/services and qualify their interest.
- Evaluate and prioritize leads based on their responsiveness and potential for conversion.
- Allocate responsive leads to Marketing Representatives(MRs) based on predefined criteria.
Responsibility:
- Maintain a clear and organized system for tracking lead status and progress.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads, both locally and globally.
- Continuously engage with non-responsive leads through various communication channels.
- Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate lead information and interactions.
- Ensure data integrity and regularly clean and validate lead records.
- Generate and share regular Management Information System (MIS) reports detailing lead generation, allocation,and conversion rates.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on MIS data to optimize lead generation strategies.
