- Manage Business Development for the company in Facility Management Services, Housekeeping Services, Contract staffing Services, Material Supplies and Machinery Sales and Services keeping in mind Monthly, quarterly and yearly Revenue Target.
Tracking of performance of Team , generation of New sales Leads,
Filter clients for various services from the view point of genuineness, credibility in market, reputation in market, credit Terms, Employee value systems, standing in market, Turnover, No of Employees etc.
Make sure adequate management Fees, commercial, Credit Terms negotiated with clients, legal Agreement signed before operation start at client site or recruitment process starts.
Make sure to get adequate new clients for all services, CRM activity and cross selling with existing clients.
Make Efforts to increase revenue month on month basis and increase no of quality clients.
Efforts to make a complete automated system to generate sales leads, deployment by operation and recruitment team, Payroll process by HR and payroll team and Billing and collection by Finance Team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Sales, Marketing, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, with a strong background in Facility Management, Contract Staffing, or similar service-based industries.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership ability to manage and motivate teams.
Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic business environments.
