About the role

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) you will act as a strategic advisor and facilitator, bridging the gap
between HR functions and the business to align HR practices with overall organizational goals. You
will work closely with the business leaders and managers to understand business needs and translate
those needs into effective HR strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

❖ Advertising vacancies on all major job posting sites, Consultancy and on our social media/LinkedIn platforms.

❖ Regularly communicating with the leadership team & Managers to understand their hiring needs, identifying suitable candidates, coordinating for interviews and ensuring timely closure of vacancies after the following interview panel matrix.

❖ Coordinate from offer to join process for all candidates.

❖ Ensure joining, onboarding & induction formalities of all candidates are followed as per the policies of the company.

❖ Assisting in drafting job descriptions and departmental SOPs

❖ Assist in planning, designing and execution of employee benefit programs, employee engagement programs and periodic reviews of employees.

❖ Assisting in framing, designing and Implementation of the HR Policies and processes.

❖ Understanding of organization’s expansion plans, mission, goal, objectives etc. and align self to forecast & execute plans for manpower strategies.

❖ Timely Contract Renewals or Non-Renewals of Expatriate Employees after discussing with their reporting managers. In case of non-renewals, prepare the replacement plan for new resources according to tight timelines.

❖ Liaise with and maintain good relations with Indian Embassy Staff and other officials in the visa / Passport department to ensure smooth and timely renewals of the said employee documents.

❖ Maintaining detailed employee records for future references in physical and digital forms.

❖ Coordination for Training & Development, Succession Planning & IDPs of employees for planning their career progressions in the organization. Maintain records of these aspects for future references.

❖ Conducting periodic reviews with new joiners along with department managers. post completion of their 3 months contract period and review their progress to identify their strengths and the areas of improvement to work on. Give constructive feedback for future development to employees. Maintain review records for future references.

❖ Preparation & presentation of Monthly HR dashboard. Preparation and presentation of various MIS reports for the Leadership team to take appropriate decisions.

❖ Conducting location HR audits as per the checklist to ensure the HR processes being followed as desired.

❖ Managing employee life cycle.

❖ Taking Disciplinary actions as per the set processes & policies after discussion with the management.

❖ Ensuring Time Office Activities are being taken care of smoothly and without any errors so that salaries of employees are processed as per the given timelines.

❖ Regular visit to all employee accommodations and make sure that everything is available for them as per requirement. Also, ensure employees are maintaining the facilities as per the desired requirements.

❖ Ensure all employee engagement activities (including birthday celebrations) are being carried out as per the yearly calendar at all the locations of the company.

❖ Assist in designing & executing employee rewards & recognition.

❖ Take care of leave/vacation for the employees. Handling both short term and long-term vacations.

❖ Coordination with Travel Desk for arrangement of Domestic & International tickets, hotel stays etc. for employees as per requirements.

❖ Keep confidentiality of all the information & details which the employee comes across during the tenure related to Company Workings.

❖ Assist in ensuring HR related compliances are being adhered to as per the law of land.

❖ Apart from the job responsibilities given above, you will also have to follow the instructions and tasks given by the management to you on a time-to-time basis.
