Job Description:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry, providing expert advice on designs, metals, and gemstones.
- Handle sales transactions, billing, and invoicing efficiently.
- Maintain proper display, stock management, and overall counter hygiene.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store’s revenue.
- Stay updated with the latest jewelry trends and industry knowledge.
- Address customer queries and concerns professionally.
Qualification / Experience :
- Education: Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in jewelry retail sales.
- Appearance: Presentable with good communication skills.
- Skills: Sales-oriented, customer-focused, and well-versed in handling premium clients.
- Communication: Must have excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Location Preference: Candidates from Mira Road or nearby areas preferred.
Responsibility:
1. Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly and ensure a friendly, efficient checkout experience.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
Provide information about products and promotions when necessary.
2.Transaction Handling:
Process customer purchases using a cash register, scanner, or other payment systems.
Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and other forms of payment accurately.
Issue receipts and provide change as needed.
3.Maintain Checkout Area:
Ensure the cashier station is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Keep track of register cash and ensure it balances at the start and end of shifts.
4.Inventory and Stock:
Assist in maintaining the store’s product inventory, including restocking shelves or organizing displays when necessary.
Alert management to low stock levels or product issues.
5.Security and Accuracy:
Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and that no discrepancies occur.
Adhere to store policies on handling payments, discounts, and refunds.
Report any suspicious activities or irregularities to management immediately.
