Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Bulk Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team.
- The Bulk Recruiter will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding a large number of candidates across various roles and departments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in bulk recruitment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a high volume of candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for large-scale hiring needs, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the roles.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, working closely with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and make recommendations.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress, candidate pipeline, and key metrics.
- Continuously assess and improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and implement best practices for bulk recruitment
- Create and manage recruitment marketing campaigns to build a strong employer brand and attract top talent.
- Leverage social media and other platforms to increase visibility and engagement with potential candidates.
