Key Responsibilities:
• HR Strategy Development: Develop and execute HR strategies that support the overall business objectives and promote a positive company culture.
• Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment and staffing to ensure the company attracts and hires the best talent.
• Employee Relations: Manage and improve employee relations, resolving conflicts, and addressing concerns in a timely and fair manner.
• Performance Management: Implement performance management systems, conduct evaluations, and provide coaching to employees.
• HR Policy Development: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies in compliance with labour laws and industry best practices.
• Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and create development programs to enhance employees’ professional growth.
• Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation structures, employee benefits, and ensure that packages are competitive and fair.
• Employee Engagement: Initiate programs and activities to increase employee motivation, engagement, and retention.
• HR Administration: Oversee daily HR operations, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure HR compliance with legal requirements.
• Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring effective execution of HR processes and initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Educational Background:
o Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
o HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar qualifications are an advantage.
• Skills & Abilities:
o Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing a team.
o Communication: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact with all levels within the organization.
o Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address employee issues and HR challenges.
o Knowledge of HR Laws: Sound knowledge of labour laws, HR compliance, and industry regulations.
o Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with company goals.
o Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive HR matters with discretion and confidentiality.
• Experience:
o 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
o Previous experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
