Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining key client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR consulting services and a passion for helping businesses grow through effective HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop strategic sales plans.

Lead Generation and Sales:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients to pitch our HR consulting services.
  • Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs and close sales.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide solutions to address their HR challenges.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular follow-ups and feedback.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the HR consulting team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract potential clients.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to build a professional network.
