Roles and responsibility

  • Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor Medical Representatives to ensure they achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Organize team meetings to review progress and set actionable goals.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Drive the team to achieve sales targets within assigned territories.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the team effectively promotes the company’s products in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy:
  • Gather and analyze market data to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Provide input for product positioning, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, progress, and forecasts.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback for strategic decision-making.
  • Compliance and Training:
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
  • Provide ongoing product knowledge and skill development training for the team.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate leads through various channels and convert them into long-term business.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business terms with clients.
  • Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to drive business success.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to management.
