Operational Deposit Structure for Franchise Partners:
To facilitate business growth within metropolitan cities, a non-refundable operational deposit of a minimum of ₹2 lakhs is required from the franchisee. This deposit will be strategically utilized to develop the specific franchisee’s business location. Furthermore, essential franchisee expenditures, including costs associated with the Job Portal and other Technology, will be deducted from this deposit.
For franchise locations situated outside of metropolitan areas, a non-refundable operational deposit of at least ₹1 lakh is mandatory. This deposit is in addition to the expenses related to the Job Portal and Technology. Should further investment be deemed necessary for business development, the franchisee will be responsible for contributing the additional required capital.
Terms and Conditions
- The franchisee is responsible for setting up all necessary office infrastructure and recruiting their own team members.
- The franchisee is required to submit periodic reports on their business activities to the franchisor.
- The franchisor will maintain a central record of all employees working under the franchise network.
- The franchisee has the authority to select their team members but must inform the franchisor of all hiring decisions.
- All billing processes and payment collections will be managed by the head office in Mumbai.
- The franchisee will periodically receive business orders for significant clients relevant to their location from the franchisor.
- The franchisee is responsible for executing service orders that are specific to their designated geographic area.
- The franchisee is expected to actively seek and secure business orders on behalf of the franchisor within their location.
- The franchisee’s active participation in the business operations will directly contribute to their earning potential.
- All significant business decisions, including contract signings and pricing strategies, require the franchisor’s approval.
- All formal contracts, MOUs, and business agreements will be officially issued by the franchisor.
