- Sourcing and Recruitment:Identifying potential candidates through various channels (online job boards, social media, networking events, etc.) and developing a strong pipeline of qualified applicants.
- Candidate Screening:Reviewing resumes and applications, conducting initial screenings (phone or video interviews), and assessing candidates’ skills and experience against job requirements.
- Interviewing and Selection:Conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to evaluate candidates, and making recommendations for hiring decisions.
- Onboarding:Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and role.
