Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. Tailor content to align with our brand voice and audience interests.
- Strategy Development: Create and execute social media strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and brand awareness. Set clear objectives and KPIs for social media performance.
- Community Management: Monitor and respond to social media interactions, including comments, messages, and reviews, to foster a positive online community and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions to support recruitment drives, brand initiatives, and client outreach.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to keep our strategies current and effective.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and recruitment teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
