Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 1-2 years of

experience to join our team at Boppo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The Project Coordinator will

assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on

time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational

skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented properly.

Communication and Reporting:

- Act as the point of contact for project teams, clients, and stakeholders.

- Prepare and deliver project status reports, ensuring clear and concise communication.

- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, capturing minutes and action items.


Resource Management:

- Assist in managing project resources, including team members, equipment, and materials.

- Track project progress and address any issues that may arise, escalating as necessary

Documentation and Compliance:

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, and change

requests.

- Ensure projects adhere to company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Risk Management:

- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Monitor and manage project risks, reporting any significant issues to the project manager.

Quality Assurance:

- Assist in the implementation of quality assurance processes and ensure project deliverables

meet the required standards.

- Conduct regular reviews and audits of project activities to ensure adherence to project plans.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration,

or a related field.

- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.

- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).

- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.


Preferred Qualifications:

- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.

- Experience in the IT industry or with IT projects.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
