Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Bulk Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team.
The Bulk Recruiter will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment processes,
including sourcing, screening, and onboarding a large number of candidates across various
roles and departments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in bulk
recruitment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for large-scale hiring needs, including job
postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a high volume of
candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and recruitment
agencies.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the roles.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, working closely with hiring managers to evaluate
candidates and make recommendations.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress, candidate pipeline, and key
metrics.
Continuously assess and improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and
effectiveness.
Identify and implement best practices for bulk recruitment
Create and manage recruitment marketing campaigns to build a strong employer brand
and attract top talent.
Leverage social media and other platforms to increase visibility and engagement with
potential candidates.
