Our client, Wellness Forever Medicare Limited, is a leading medical retail chain with over 390 stores across India. They operate a Zero Error Distribution Centre (ZEDC) Warehouse, a critical hub for storing and distributing medicines, pharmaceutical products, and FMCG items to their extensive network of stores.

Problem

In 2016, the client faced a significant challenge in deploying manpower for their warehouse operations. The HR department struggled to find suitable candidates, leading to an alarming attrition rate of approximately 80%. Employees lacked confidence in working at the warehouse, impacting overall productivity.

Solution

Sakash Resources Management stepped in to address the manpower deployment issue. Conducting a thorough market study, our recruiters devised a strategic plan to source the right workforce from the Bhiwandi area. The strategy included providing accommodations, meals, and transportation for the workers. Additionally, we assigned a dedicated supervisor to offer support, manage advance payments, and address any concerns raised by the workforce.
